Not much to say today, just a lot of things floating in my head. Here’s one of those quote a friend shared on Facebook. I liked it and just wanted to pass it along for all of us who are in search of those words to pick ourselves back up.

Therefore, whatever it is that is making you feel stuck or like the whole world is on your shoulder, as my previous post goes, “when one wants, one will.” Stand up. Find whatever ounce of courage is still left and start your fight. As Sam Cooper, from Criminal Minds, said, “We may lose battles but we don’t lose wars.” Or something along that line.

The song of the week that has really helped in gathering energy to fight is from Eminem’s Not Afraid:

I’m standing up, I’ma face my demons
I’m manning up, I’ma hold my ground
I’ve had enough, now I’m so fed up
Tryin’ to put my life back together right now

It may be lonely at times but you’re not alone. I’m facing my own battles and demons. We all understand pain but not a lot of us can remember what is like to be victorious. So let’s all take a stand and be at the point of victory together! Let’s savor that sweetness when we are on top of the world and not beaten by it. Who’s down?
